I was wondering if anyone had any preferences or good/bad experiences with the ever increasing number of services that allow you to provide quick software fixes and training to clients via remote support/control without installing any software. (Runs in your browser) I like the idea as a secondary service to pre-existing clients, however I need something extremely simple as I serve primarily new computer users. I've tried out a couple of services like logmeinsupport and I like them. Thoughts?

Do a search in the forums for remote support there is already alot of threads on it
