I have a customer that paid for it and their computer is still messed up. She brought it in today for a virus removal but im not really sure what it has yet. Im checking it out as we speak.

Have any of yall heard of that anti virus? Is it legitimate and if its not how can she go about getting a refund?

UPDATE: I get to login screen I choose a User then it tells me loading settings but then it automatically logs me off and takes me back to the User Screen.

OpenDNS blocks the site as Adware, so I can not even visit it without changing my settings. I doubt it is a legit application.

Is the user profile corrupt? Does it happen to all profiles or just the one?

Ive dealt with this before. Check out the instructions on this page:
http://www.ntcompatible.com/thread31505-1.html

You want to check the following registry setting:
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon"
Value: Userinit
Data: %system32%\wsaupdater.exe

wsaupdater.exe should be userinit.exe
If it does point to userinit.exe, then you should copy that file from a working PC with the same operating system, rename the infected one that is there to userinit.exe.old and then past the good one that you copied. This should fix it.
What you should also do is use a boot cd and run both antimalware and antivirus first. also use autoruns to disable as much as possible from starting up with windows.

cheers!

No problems. Just a heads up to anyone reading this post - this logout problem is becoming more prevalent with todays viruses. This is a really handy solution to remember and will likely save you heaps of problems down the track.
