What do you have to say about this Virus Problem?

I removed McAfee antivirus from a system affected with virus, and installed AVG antivirus, a minute after the Installation, the computer prompt AVG window with this Options: 1. Heal 2. Move to vault 3. Cancel, within second it prompt another window with List of virus, Below the window there are three options 1. Remove selected infections 2. remove all unhealed infections 3. close. I clicked the first option the computer prompt a pop window with the following threat:

Do you want to force the threat removal?
Forced removal can cause system instability or even crash.:mad:

Please help me to solve this problem.

I have this idea, I want to back up all the useful files, and Install a new window. Will it work?:confused:

Here's what you need to do:

1. Call a local PC Tech to help you out.

2. Call a handy-man, hell even a residential remodeling company and have them install the windows for you.


It seems strange though that you would clump computer work and home improvements together. :D
