You could try using a spyware scanner like spybot http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html and doing a scan and see if that removes it....If not...

Go here to download Hijack this:

There is a download button on the left.

Run the program and do a scan only. Then post the results of the scan back here and I am sure someone will be able to help.

What happens is the Exploere Homepage is highjacked. I have tried reseting it but it does not work.

Download and run AVG Anti-Spyware just the trail version should do the trick.

From here:

http://www.ewido.net/en/download/

and also if you have virus software installed like AVG or Norton do a scan with that, if you dont have any installed download AVG Free (http://free.grisoft.com/doc/2/lng/us/tpl/v5).

or go to Panda Antivirus Online Scan (http://www.pandasoftware.com/products/ActiveScan.htm)

or Trend Micro Online Virus Scan (http://housecall.trendmicro.com/)

See if doing that cleans the problem.

Unfortunatly I dont have much experience of cleaning infected computers because I work in a corporate environment and we hardly ever get spyware infections. There will be someone else on the boards that will be able to help you out tho if the above does not work.
