I'm sure this will come in handy for a lot of you. :)

sc create SuperCMD binPath= "C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe /c c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe" type= own type= interact

sc start SuperCMD

I wrote the details about it on my blog: Bypass NTFS Permissions (http://cincinnatilaptoprepair.blogspot.com/2009/03/bypass-ntfs-file-permissions.html)

If you don't want to make a services just boot up any Linux and mount (Ubuntu automounts) no permissions there :)

Instead of running step 2 to start the System-Level Command Prompt, I wrote a vbs script that will run it and immediately kill the sc process so everything happens a little cleaner.

Dim objShell
Set objShell = CreateObject("WScript.Shell")

objShell.Run "sc start SuperCMD"
objShell.Run "taskkill /F /IM sc.exe /T"
