I have been hitting the gym a lot lately, its kind of fun. Do any of you guys do any weights or anything? I find it makes it a lot easier to be walking around with these computer towers! (unless you just worked out!)

I'm a full time student at the moment, but I told the mrs as soon as I get a job, the first thing I'll be doing is joing the gym down the road which is about 2km away from my house, so ill be able to do my cardio workout running to and from there, and can concentrate on the weights while im there.

I'm in the gym 5 days a week and do MMA training on the weekends. Here is a video of me doing my chest workout.

Good vid gunslinger - Good choice of music too. My playlist at the gym consists of 36 Crazyfists, In Flames, Drowning Pool, Dreamtheater and Opeth.

I'm glad to see you're not one of those people who throws their weights onto the ground when they're finished a set, as if to say "listen to that lound thud I just caused - that's how much weight i'm lifting!"

I see it all the time. Those guys are probably using too much weight. As a rule, If I can't get at least 8-10 reps in decent form, I'll decrease weight.

I also have a CCP, and carry a Baretta 92 FS, but it stays in the center console unless I feel uneasy about something. I'm looking for a smaller compact one that is not so noticeable.

I highly recommend the Kahr k9 or newer P9.

The top one is the one I carry in a Bladetech Kydex holster. In the summer months a carry a Kel-tec P32 in my pocket. The Beretta 92FS is very nice, but huge.

Gyms have two primary drawbacks. One, equipment used by other sweaty people. Two, people.

I have been hitting the gym a lot lately, its kind of fun. Do any of you guys do any weights or anything? I find it makes it a lot easier to be walking around with these computer towers! (unless you just worked out!)

I was doing Muay Thai pretty hard core for about 8 years. In kept me in shape for fighting bulls (rodeo). And since we are posting YouTube Videos :) :

Eddie Phillips - Rodeo Bullfighter (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OSTxn5gBWZM) (I'm in the black)

No clowning around, I just save the bull riders...

Now I just run, situps, pushups and keep busy around the ranch... as far as owning a gun - I wish! You have no idea how hard it is being a Texan, in Canada.... LOL
