Anybody have a recommendation for a good ticketing system that I can use online?
Basically, what I'm looking for is a system that will allow only a select few people create a new ticket, with basic information such as a problem description, equipment information, and it'll generate a workorder/ticket number. I then want to be able to update it with notes and a status as I work on the system.
I need it to run on a remote server, as I can't really run a server from my office.
(obviously I can google for one, but I'm looking for advice from someone who uses one already)
