i had a problem with my system when ever i open internet i used to get an error ie.,Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close. . encountered, generic, host, process,
and the internet will disconnect i had formated and installed windows xp sp3

Update Windows, there is a windows hotfix/patch to fix that.
