ok this is my problem when i was younger my dad put a parent block on my computer i have tried for 2 years to get it off because he forgot his password. i have a acer 4400 desktop and cant find out how to go to system user to find out what its is for ma and him to know. plz if any 1 can help tell me and sorry for spelling.i am very confused about what to do.

Now while I am not exactly agianst you guys here lets atleast not be rude to him who knows might be somewhat legit the guy might be a college kid home for the holidays. I still refuse to help but Im feel we should avoid this behavior as fun as it is.

To the OP we will not help becuase we do not work on a computer unless we believe it to be the owner who is asking for our help. We also do not like to give out free help this is our jobs we like to be paid for our work. The last point is we feel that this site is more to help other techs then it is to help end users. The bottom line is that we are very selective with who we help and you need to ask properly and be asking something reasonable.
