I would like to get some suggestions on building a 24/7 live network operations center. I have an opportunity to pickup a large customer. They are wanting someone who can monitor their gateway, internet, and network for intrusions, viruses, spyware, ect.
The customer is looking to pay around $80 per month per location. Any suggestion are much appreciated.
