Oem Hp Dell Xp Product Keys

when coming across a dell,hp,compaq computer that come installed with windows xp ..how would i go about reinstalling windows xp on someones dell when theyre product key is oem? Considering they dont have a recovery partition ...do i just get a windows xp home oem ? and wha-la thats it?

That's pretty much it in a nutshell. If you search this site you will find posts about Product keys. Just remember if their sticker says OEM you must use an OEM install.
