I threw this together this afternoon. It will check the last access date and time for every file in a programs installation folder and tell you what was the most recent access date. This is very handy for finding out what your users are actually using on their system and is far more accurate than the add remove programs control panel and is also more accurate than a directory last accessed check as well. A list will be presented on the screen with all of the currently installed applications and their usage dates. Just click Scan

NOTE Please post any bugs or issues. It is set not to list hotfixes etc so if there are other apps that are not showing up in the list please let me know.

sounds promising, I will give it a go

and all I gotta say is, it's about time, windows add/remove dates are not reliable

Just uploaded another build. Some programs were hiding and it finds them now.
Also programs that did not register a correct install location or uninstall string when installed originally will not show up in the list.
