Hi all,

I'm currently running, Vista Ultimate, XP Pro and Hardy on my Dell XPS.
It started off with just Vista but I eventually added the other two and am using Grub as my boot manager.

I'm due a format so I'm going to repartition etc. and reload all my OSes.

Anyone care to offer an opinion on the best way to do this when starting from scratch? e.g. in what order should I install? should I use a different boot manager? anything else?

TIA
CW

Also, does anyone have roaming profiles running between either a Vista and an XP partition or between Vista and XP machines? Any issues?

Regarding the profiles issue - I installed Vista, joined domain ..great. I then installed XP, got dual booting working... great. Joined domain from XP and now I can't login to Vista "the trust relationship between this workstation .... etc." error. Anyone come accross this before?

Depending on how you use your computer your best option might be to run Vista and XP in a VM from inside linux. If you have a decent rig you could be running all three at the same time.
