Backing Up MS Exchange on a Server

Does anyone know of a program that will perform a daily backup of a server to an external USB HDD (not tape) that includes the Microsoft Exchange database?

Thanks seedubya ... but I don't think that's the right URL. My back is doing great (ha!). Just need Outlook Exchange database backed up!!
