I have a home network of 6 PCs and i'm looking for a good Remote Desktop application to control any of the 6 from any other. Any suggestions?

What operating system? If they all happen to have XP Pro then you could use the windows built in Remote Desktop.
Failing that, UVNC (http://www.uvnc.com/) will do the job perfectly. I'm sure I've seen a UVNC address book too, to keep an inventroy of all the available computers on your network. VNC Address Book (http://forum.ultravnc.info/viewtopic.php?t=9745)

Sorry, didn't think to mention what operating system. I'm running XP on most of them, Vista on a couple. I've used XP Remote Assistance but it seemed like alot of trouble, I had to run between both computers to get it set up and if I had to do a reboot I was running again. I'm looking for something that I can set up and access whenever I want.
Example, I'm laying in bed watching TV and my daughter yells, "My computer doesn't work." I grab my laptop and pop onto her desktop, fix it and finish watching the game that I missed most of last night because I was running between my room and hers.
Anyway, thanks for the reply Simmy, I will take a look at UVNC. Anybody else have any suggestions?

There's a difference between windows Remote Assistance and windows Remote Desktop. If you're running XP Professional and Vista Home premium, then Remote Desktop is a service that runs in the background all the time. You don't need touch the machine you're connecting to, even if you restart :)

Remote Desktop is pretty easy to setup too. All you need is a static IP or a static DNS to connect to :)
And to ensure port 3389 is open :P
start -> run -> mstsc

VNC seems like the winner.
