Can anyone suggest a good remote support program. I work for a company with several offices and I often find myself driving around to fix stupid problems like settings or loading a program.
The ony problem is they don't want to pay for anything so it would have to be free or I have to pay for it. So basiclly something low cost that I can use unlimited to load programs and take over their computer. I'm sure this is asking a lot but any help would be great.

This has already been answered a few times in the past. See these threads for more info

In short, any variation of VNC will do the job.

If each remote site is connected via VPN then Dameware is great @ $100 per licensed user, so for you just one license, though in the realm of free Windows RDP is very good in that scenario. For anything else refer to Simmy's post and the links he provided.

If they don't mind you having unlimited access to their systems, then you can't beat LogMeIn Free. LogMeIn Rescue is IMO the finest remote support option available, but is FAR from free at $130/mo. Another good option (though not free) would be Remote Support System. You can use RSS either way, always have access or end user needs to authorize. It has a lot of good features too. Another free option would be something like CrossLoop, which would have to be installed on each system and would require someone on the other end for each connect.
Good luck!

If your offices at set up with a VPN tunnel than you could use RDP or VNC, if not I would use logmein free. You can install it on each pc and then access as long as the machine is on the internet. You can also create your own installer with you logmein info in it so that your end users can download the msi and install it and it will automatically point to your logmein account. If you want to check it out go to http://philscomputerrepair.com/Logmein.htm
