Hi sorry to bother you again but I appear to have a virus. I ran AVG and it says I have 8 infected files. The virus is called Trojan horse downloader Zlob COA or CML or CLS. AVG says it is in c:\system volume information\_restore. When I tried to find the file I was denied access..I put the virus in the virus vault but AVG says it can't heal it. Can you help
Thankyou

When a virus is in "c:\system volume information\_restore" it means it is in your system restore. Your computer makes "snapshots" of your settings every now and then so in the event you have a major error your computer can restore itself to a previous date. However, if your system has a virus it can also add the virus to this snapshot which is what has happened to you.
This is a pretty easy fix:
Right Click on My Computer and choose Properties
Goto the System Restore Tab and tick the Turn off System Restore on all drives box.
Click Apply or OK to close that box. Then Restart the computer.
Once restarted, go back to the same place and turn system restore back on.
This should clear the virus.
