Dell i3 11.6 Notebook + External 320gb HD - $350

I just bought one of these from Newegg. I can't believe the price on this laptop, I think the normal price was around $600. It may not be a Lenovo, but for the price this is pretty hard to beat especially for a work laptop. You can probably even sell the external drive on Ebay for $40 pushing the price closer to $300.

After owning this notebook for a few months I'm pretty pleased with it. Battery life & overall performance is pretty good (I normally get around 4-1/2 hrs on a charge.) The plastic is glossy on the back of the screen, so it's a fingerprint magnet & the screen is glossy also. If those things don't bother you this is a good little work laptop. Newegg just lowered the price to $289.99 so it's about the size & price of a netbook with better performance.

The combo deal was from 2 months ago. Newegg now offers the notebook for $289.99 which is similar to what the combo deal was since you can buy an external 320gb drive for around $60. Here's the link for the notebook.
