Can autocad be put on a usb key

I have a friend who uses auto cad extensively for work, and he wanted to have a portable version just wondering is that possible. Can it just be installed on a usb key and if so will it run on another computer, any help would be appreciated.

Doesn't Autocad require a licence dongle thesedays? I really doubt it's possible, it would be a pirate's dream if it was and even if it was I doubt if it would run very well.
