Hi,
I have some internal IBM applications, like creating and copying files and folders, creating ids, running exe files. Is there any clear instructions i can get.

For example i have a driver to be added in the drivers list(LSI_SAS1064E).I am trying to minimize time used to build server, right now it takes about 3 to 6 hrs to do a build. I have to boot to a IBM Serverguidecd, then swap it with Windows OS, then run windows update and do all the patches excluding the IE7.

Sorry didn't mean to be blunt or rude here.

VMWare ESX and go to virtualization with load balancing and the ability to dedicate a blade to a server and designate a back up. Blades to me are best utilized with VMWare, or who ever you want to use that offers the feature sets you need, and a SAN device for hosting the actual OS installs. I also think you get a chassis and load it up to atleast about 50% of the maximum number of blades, ofcourse depending on what your needs are but if it is less then that might consider sticking with standard rack mount servers.
