Flash help

[Checkmate]

Does anyone here know a good place I can go to learn to work on Flash? Have a new website template, but it's all in Flash. I have the program, but would like some help with the how to of it. Thanks.

I aquired Lynda.com flash CS3 Tutorial it helped be a lot.
