I've got my current site: www.BurlingtonITGuy.com which I always get comments from customers on how easy it is to navigate, especially for those who aren't the best on computers.

I have my new one as well, it's not done, but you'll get the idea of it:

I wanted to get some feedback on the new one, any suggestions/ideas/thoughts on useability?

The background is too dark, should be lighter, font should be darker.

I would put up a strong call to action at the top, even "click here for support now" type thing.

Seems like a word press site, you can add in some more fun stuff with those widgets and plug-ins, I would spend more time reviewing other members sites to see what they are offering, that you could add to yours.
