problem with speedtouch 508 router

Hi i have problems with my speedtouch, i dont know why my PC doesnt recognize router :S

i was trying to open ports and suddenly lost internet conexion and now doesnt work anymore

any idea?

I am pretty sure you mean Speedtouch 580 router rather than 508 as they dont have a 508.

Are you trying to connect to it wirelessly or over network cable?

If over network cable, assuming you are using Windows XP or 2000.
Goto Start > Run and type in command . A black box will come up, in there type ipconfig, what is your IP address and gateway that comes up?

It should look something like this but with different numbers:
