USB turntable and storage device - any recommendations?

I have over 300 12" sinlges and 215 albums I want to convert to MP3, so I can listen to them on my ipod. Can anyone recommend a usb turntable and storage device, so that I can convert the music to mp3 and leave it stored in the album on the storage device and add it to my ipod when i like.

Any suggestions, greatly appreciated.
