Digital Camera for about $200

You guys are the experts, my wife and I need a new digital camera for about $200. She saw one in a local camera store (Canon) for $209, NewEgg has it for $159. The pros and cons on NewEgg kind of turned me off. This is really a family camera but we would use it for websites, etc. Please don't recommend the $1,000 camera, we have a budget, but your advice is warmly welcome.

There's a company based out of New York, who sell on ebay, I purchased a Kodak easyshare C743 for $75 including shipping. The retail for it in the UK was £179! I don't know how they did it (refirbed I think) but the $75 included delivery to the UK.

Just do a search on ebay (I hate that site...)
