HiJack This Guide

Guys,
I really suck when it come to using hijack this! i have only used it once and it was Shooting fish in a barrel except that i was the fish lol

Folks i am looking for a guide to teach me how to use hijack this

your help will be highly appreciated

I usually just do a scan an save a log file. I then upload to http://hijackthis.de/en from there I can see which entries are bad and just remove them by selecting the entry in Hijackthis and clicking "Fix This".
