This site will allow your customers to record a video of there issues, and send it to you via their web browser.

They also have a version you can embed into your website

Thanks for sharing the find.

I can see how this would be useful. Ofcourse there are plenty screenrecorders but this web-based one differs from them all. And it's easy to use.

Will try this one out for sure.

Thanks :)

Sounds a lot like http://showmewhatswrong.com but I'll check out the embeddable option.

Side note: You don't need to add tags of words that already show in your post (e.g. browser, capture) You only need tags for extra words that you think people might use to search on (e.g. remote)

Edit: $20/mo for their "lite" version is a lot for something that might rarely get used. Cool but...
Showmewhatswrong is not for commercial use and I can't see anything in Screenr's terms so it looks like Screenr would be a more legitimate option for us small-timers.

Thanks for he side note. Im new to the world of "posting" to forums. I agree that it is a bit pricey especially since windows 7 has a built in "problem steps recorder".

PSR isn't bad if you can get by with just a series of screen shots but there are other times where a solid, visible progression might be preferred.
