One of my connections from LinkedIn has asked me to join ReferralKey.
Has anyone here had any direct experience with this?
Is it a scam, etc?

I'm going to try it and see what it's all about. I did a little research and from I've found it seems legit.

I get really nervous adding in people from LinkedIn to new social networking sites. I use LinkedIn heavily and am afraid people will think I'm advocating a new site that might be better than LinkedIn. I just signed up as I am seeing it too and am not inviting my LinkedIn network. Just twitter for now to test it.

ok, after checking it out within the site, seems like Hootsuite a bit. One place to post updates?

Linkedin, FB and Twitter already do that together on their own. I'm out.
