I use a certain boot cd for many of the jobs I need to do. I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about, I'm not going to name it for obvious reasons. One problem I have though is that on some machines I cannot get the cd drivers to load when booting to the cd. The cd boots fine and I can see the list of programs but when I try to load one it says loading failed. Any ideas why that is?

reburn it.

It's not a problem with the cd as I've used many different ones, it seems to just depend on the machine you use it on.

Reburn it with another program. I have never had a problem until recently with that program.

The answer is this:

go in the bios and look under drives
set them to combined/ide/emulation mode
