Minor layout adjustment?

PosterWondering if a minor adjustment might be a possibility. I tend to use the http://www.technibble.com/forums/images/buttons/firstnew.gif most often so making it a little wider/bigger/easiertoclick would be appreciated plus, if the OP's name can be slid over a little as I sometimes click it by accident....

As far as I remember about vBulletin layouts is thats not easily changed without alot of editing, but that was like 4 years ago for me.
