Remove the above lines, unless you know what 3DCqDMrj.exe, OaEA1.exe and ezObH4w.exe are, they are really really suspicious, very typical of a virus (random file names in the temp directory). Even if you DO know what they are they shouldnt be in the temp directory.

Empty out your temp directory.

Do you have a virus scanner? is it up to date? if not I recommend AVG (http://free.grisoft.com). Whatever you were running (if any) I am surprised it didnt pick up those files.

lsass.exe is one of the essential processes needed to run Windows (http://www.technibble.com/essential-processes-needed-to-run-windows/).
However, it has been abused by viruses in the past. I believe the Blaster virus used lsass.exe to shutdown the system every minute or so. What is also common is viruses with the name Isass.exe, lsaas.exe or even a file also named lsass.exe but in another location other than the system32 folder.

Where yours currently is it should be fine.

Be sure to get all the Windows Updates too and do a full system scan with an up-to-date AVG just in case.

An alternative to AVG is avast!

I've been virus free since January - best part about it is even though they're a free scanner, they update just about every day.

Sorry for the off-topic post, but I had to throw another virus scanner out there.
