A request for employment

Well considering that most of the techs here have started their own business. I was wondering if I could request a thread for employment. Maybe some of you are looking for extra hands or some are looking for part time jobs and then again maybe some are looking to gain more experience in this industry.:D

Actually I was thinking about something similar recently.

I'm at a point in my business where I have a dozen or so customers that I work with on a regular basis and sometimes I get into a situation where I can't get on-site to a customer due to other commitments. I don't necessarily want to take on an employee but I'd definitely be interested in having a discussion with people who are local to me regarding "pinch-hitting" for one another or some other business arrangement.

I'm located in the Cleveland, Ohio area and would additionally be interested in just talking "shop" with other local people.
