Has anyone heard of "Green Computing"

How have you used this to "enhance" or "market" to your customers?

I believe this could be a good marketing schema, not only does it make your business look good, it does or is supposed to help the environment.

What do you think and how would you implement it?

Thanks,

Jason

You could donate or recycle old parts. Cases, optical drives, even HDDs can have a value to someone even though they don't work, or work right. If they end up back at the manufacturer, it may be one less thing they have to make from scratch. Not only could this help the environment, if enough people were doing this sort of thing; it COULD even cut costs of the products back a little bit. Something to think about at very least.

the best way to be "green" is to promote low power CPU's - I bought a Koolu for my wife - http://koolu.com/Koolu-WE-Appliance/Works-Everywhere-Appliance.html she likes it a lot - no real downside for her.
