Good Evening All!

I was about to build my first computer for a customer, and wanted to know what type of warrenty you guys suggest I put in an agreement for them to sign. I was thinking to simply include the 1 year manufacturers warrenty. Anyone have an agreement for strictly building computers and what benefits the customer is entitled to?

Thanks!

Hardware support yeah I would say 1 year is good but make sure that you limit software support to something like 90 days or less maybe. You don't want to be called out and expected to fix something they installed and aint working nicely with the rest the apps and that sort of deal.

I include a 1 year manufacturer's warranty on all hardware. If I have to go out to the customer for a hardware fault, then I'll charge them for my time, but if they bring the computer to me I'll repair it for free. Software issues are never covered under my warranty either.
