Recently found this tool when a customer couldn't use their new HP printer.

It's not a bad tool, and it told me the reason I couldn't print was because of a lexmark conflict. Definitely worth a download.

If youre talking HP tools, don't forget this one

HP All in One removal Tool (http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?cc=us&lc=en&dlc=en&softwareitem=mp-24061-2) Or look for more appropriate version

Those HPs can be stubborn.

Thanks, I've spent some time troubleshooting printer issues only to find some random printer driver from an old printer suddenly decided to interfere, this could be useful. :)

These are quite useful. I hate HP printer software. Nine times out of ten, if a customer call with a printing problem, it is an HP. I have had HPs so bad that even the uninstall utility and a reinstall would not fix the problem. A call to HP was worthless and they never were able to fix the problem either. Installed a new Canon, no problems and it has worked without a glitch for two years now.
