I have a dell 1100 that the function key gets stuck, but only at the log in screen not during any other time while using the computer. It happens 100 percent of the time. Is their a setting that turns on function at startup or something. Cause of the problem: my 5 year old cousin had access to the computer right before this start happening what the heck is the problem
