Operating Agreement

I brought this up in another post, but figured it was time to make a post solely for this purpose. I have created an LLC, and am moving on to setting up my bank account. In order to open the account I need an Operating Agreement! Anyone have any good templates for a sole ownership LLC operating agreement, or know a good place to find one! This I feel would be an essential addition to the Computer Business Kit... but I will leave that decision up for you Bryce!

hmmm, does your bank have a blank form for you? My bank just had me sign a form they had designating me as member/manager. Since I am the only member of it. The operating agreement should just state to the bank who is manager and who are the members. everyone in a LLC is considered a member even the owner/establisher. The form I filled from the bank was very simple.
