Hi,
I've got my first couple of 'public' repairs lined up this week, so I need to get myself sorted. I'd like to have a document which they will sign before I touch their equipment, which will basically be a waiver of liability (in terms of their data etc.) and also a list of my T&C's.
Are there any important conditions I need to include? Perhaps something you didn't think of initially?
When I've put a draft together, I'll post it for opinions.
Cheers,
Nathan H

check out the Terms & Conditions from my site, i had a solicitor draw them up.
Feel free to copy and use them until you get your own.
when you do get your own, please let me know if I have missed anything off
here is the link: http://galactica-computers.co.uk/termsandconditions.aspx
P.S. these are in UK English and Welsh Law.:D
If anyone does use them or grab idea's from them click the scales above & leave some reputation to express thanks. :)

Fantastic thanks, I'm off to have a read now. :)
I would like to buy the Technibble busines kit, and then adapt it for UK laws - but I'm having a Paypal nightmare at the moment :( So I may need to borrow yours for this weeks jobs...Scales dutifully clicked!! :D
