Wow this is odd in 20 years of having my own shop this summer has been the best ever the amount of sales this summer top all other years and the service the same more service in summer months than ever.
I think it had to do with picking up clients from the competition the 3 guys running the store stole money from owner who lives in toronto, sold clients computers to other people ect. the police showed up at the shop and hauled them off to jail all their customers end up at my store :).
Then these customers through word of mouth sent their friends to my store, even people who bought stuff at the re-opened store brought stuff they bought there back for a refund and bought upgrades and systems from me.
Only thing i worry about is they are building a best buy here , i hope people realize that i will give them faster and better service than a big box store.
This year i spent 0 dollars on advertising ,im in the yellow pages only seems word of mouth is better than advertising.
