I didnt like it. But that is just me... i've tried about 10 different Remote Support Software programs and this is what I use. I love it!!

May I ask what specifically you did not like?

All we needed was something simple. We only do about 3-4 remote support tickets a month. Mostly from our current clients.

OK. So, it functioned as advertised but you had to go through too many steps and/or options to do the job?
