Hello...just want to ask something....my cousin's PC would not start...it always says insert system disk.....I'm suspecting a faulty PSU coz it emits a strong ground, it even crawls to the steel frame of the computer table....is it the PSU causing this problem?

1. Is there a floppy disk in the disk drive? If there is, remove it.
2. Is the hard drive detected? If no, cables may be damaged or HDD may be dead. If it IS detected, check its contents with something like UBCD4Win. If its all there, open the DOS window in UBCD and type: chkdsk /f /r
3. If you think its the PSU, try a spare PSU.
