That is a hilarious site! I can't stop reading. My husband had a similar client last week who kept calling and asking him questions but would never agree to let him do any work. Finally he gave up and told the guy "Look, I can't give you free support over the phone."

He came home saying "I don't really think I want this guys business." lol
