Centralised Remote Management...???

Hi

I am currently employed as a systems engineer for a company who provides support for infrastructures which consist of SBS 2003/2008.

We are currently looking for a centralized remote management systems which will give us reports via email or sms.

I have played around with GFI MAX Remote Management for the last two weeks but would like other options as well.

Types of notification we are looking for :

status's of important services
backup status's(NT Backup)
Antivirus Updates(Trend Worry Free)

Any Suggestions???
