Hello,
This is indirectly a repair I suppose.. for when customers have duplicate emails for whatever reason, especially after a backup of a pst file, then recovering the machine, reinstalling their pst file in outlook, and when you send/receive for first time it re-downloads all the emails., resulting in duplicates.
