View Full Version : Custom Paypal buttons

I've been playing with Paypal recently and noticed that Paypal was missing a "Make Payment" button.
I thought that this button would be handy to add to my website for when I'm on site & the customer (god forbid) doesn't have enough cash or a cheque doesn't cover the amount (up to £100 in the UK with credit card details) unless you trust the customer that is.
The best option for this I believe is to create a "Donation" button on Paypal but use a custom button. That way, if I'm on site, at least I can specify the exact amount.
So I knocked this up:

Transparent .gif - 1.2Kb
I've also created a blank button just in case anyone wants to add their own text. Easy to resize.

Thank you for designing this. I am considering adding a page to my site so people can pay for remote services.

Will add...my designer thought it was really cool and is adding it on my site.
For what it's worth, I have found many paypal folks delay in payment sometimes. Maybe asking them to pay on the spot while I am remoted in may make a difference.
LOVE the idea!

Just over $15 per half hour and $28 for an hour.
Cheap, but this is aimed more at residential and after trying different prices I found this was the sweet spot for my area.
Also the work requested on remote is normally easy.
Cheap n easy! I'm such a sl*t! lol

WOW.
I almost made $300 today on phone support, I would never be able to live on those low of rates. I charge $75 an hour.
I'm an expensive Sl*t! LOL!
I do a lot of computer cleanings though, and those are an hour job.

Ok, my finance intern thinks I need a "donation" button on my site, right under it, just to see if anyone throws me cash.
