The Computer Business Kit has now been released and can be viewed and purchased at:
http://www.technibble.com/products/computer-business-kit/

I wont be announcing this on the front page until Monday. I want to release it to the forum readers first.
Why? Because I would like to collect a few testimonials before I make the Computer Business Kit more public. In exchange for testimonials I have included a bonus file in Computer Business Kit. It is a list of some computer suppliers and wholesalers in the USA, about 350 or so. Enjoy :)

Edit: I have received enough testimonials and feedback. I will be releasing the Computer Business Kit on the front page on Monday the 10th of Sept. I will also be adding 1 more form to the kit, anyone who has already purchased a kit already will receive this form via email. Until then, purchases are closed.

I closed purchases until Monday... which is today. It'll be open up again in a few hours and it will have a "Order this kit" button down the bottom.

Just to nit-pick a little, since you are selling something, "buyable" should be replaced by "purchasable" shouldnt it?

The Maintenance Contract agreement is missing the last page: a signature page. Waaaaaaa! But no really... what should my signature page look like? o_O

I kinda prefer "available".

The signature page is on page 5. Unless you accidently deleted it?
If so, you can re-extract it out of your zip file or if you no longer have that, I can resend a copy.

Hi Bryce,

I operate a repair business in the UK. Is your Business Kit suitable for UK use? Does it comply with UK law?

Great site BTW,

The Birddog

I'm sure it is suitable. You will however need to (in most cases) make minor changes. It probably does comply with the law to an extent, however it would be a good idea just to have a lawyer look it over before you start using the docs. I have found the kit to be well worth it even though I havent used all the docs. For the ones I created myself, I did use Bryce's business kit as a reference. Well worth the money.

I must admit after thinking over and over and over if I was going to buy the kit... well I am definitely glad I did... Best part is that most of my clients are in French and your kit is easily translatable for that purpose... I especially love the Engagement Form (The cover your A** one) without something like this your opening way too many doors for people to take advantage of you... I even got my first contract this morning :D Heck if anyone has any doubts of the potential of these documents ... Well Don't ... you can be cheap on many things but on the legal side... a lawyer costs more than the kit per hour.

P.S: Keep up the great work... this site contains the starting points to make the ideal starting point and with all the great techs who participate well who needs more... ;-)

Looks like you reached a page you werent supposed to. The other one was a test I did in the past but I have removed it now. The proper link for purchasing the kit is this one:

I got the kit a couple months ago and I must say, thank you very much! Save me a load of time getting things together. Even had several things that I never would of thought to put together right off the bat, but I use them every day now.

I just purchased the kit. I think it is very well written. Previously I had used some document I had written up myself, but I think that these documents are worded better than mine. I also do media digitization, so I will have to either do some kind of modification for that service document or redo the present document I have for that service.

Just thought i would add something as i put it in my copy.

In the Engagement Form I put a confidentiality bit near the start saying that the technician would not look or copy or anything else to do woth the clients data, with an exception of if the file is deamed to be suspicious.

All in all good work and worth the money.

I'm very excited about the kit after reading all of the wonderful reviews. I'm hoping I can find a discount or create my own form until I get the extra $$$ to buy the kit. I just started my business and it's only part time so I'm shelling all of the startup out of my pocket. I did not realize how quickly it all adds up.

Had my own setup, however from what I could see of the business kit, it was much more in depth and technical (especially for the contracts).

Landed a $400/mo contract (with the business kit!) same day I bought it; thanks Bryce!

I have came close to buying this packet a few times, but I just do not have enough buisiness or the money income at this point to justify buying it.
