I know that not all multimedia keyboards work with iTunes (I'm talkin bout the next, previous, play, pause, stop, volume controls on your keyboard). I know my Genius wireless keyboard for my desktop doesn't (thats one of the main reasons I switched to MediaMonkey a year ago) and here is a fix for that.
