I created these with GIMP and had some fun with the "paths" tool. Tell me what you think. :)

Simply yet modern. Like your website. I like it!

It's nice but Orange and White doesn't contrast well in print as it does on screen. Try considering using your logo's blue color instead.

They're sharp, great job!

Thanks guys.:) I'm starting to enjoy this graphics design stuff.
JosephLeo: Thanks for the heads up. I would really like to keep my name/title orange so it balances out the blue in the rest of the card. Do you think that increasing the font size would help at all? In the below picture, I've upped the font size 10 points for the name/title (350dpi). Would this work OK?

Who are you going to have print them?

I'm planning on using GotPrint. I've heard good things about them on this forum as well as another.

Great choice. Their cards are way better than VP's.

It should work out quite well, just don't increase the font size by too much. Remember you can also use fractions as well. Also, regarding fonts. 1 inch = 72 Points.

Thanks for all the input. I actually like it better with the font size increased. This is definitely a step up from my first card (http://www.technibble.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8005).
I have high expectations of GotPrint after all I've heard. I used a local company last time and it cost me $70-$80 for just 500 cards, and the completely messed up the first batch.

You'll be pleased with the results. I went for the rounded corners on mine and was happy I did. Well worth the $14

I've found that some people have a hard time reading my cards. They also are white characters against a darker background - like your telephone, web and email on blue.
When I get new cards, my fonts are going bigger and I'll probably lose the white against dark. No more squinting to see my contact info!

Really well done, if you want to keep the colour scheme maybe think about making the logo stand out by adding some shadow or glow or something to that effect, just have a play and i think you'll like the results.
