Windows cannot start the Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Services (ICS) service

i have 2 Server 2003 ( ISA Server 2004 And DHCP/DC Server ) How can i start this Services --> Help me.

Please go tot he event log under administrative tools and get the error mesages related to this problem.

Check the dependencies in the services window and make sure all of them are running.
