Has anyone heard/know of this company. They claim to do a lot of laptop repairs. Was wondering what kind of rep they have?

Well a quick google search shows some unhappy people. Very, very few people actually replace any components on a board. I'll do it extremely rarely. It's much more cost effective and easier to just replace the board. No schematics available even for the power supply sections etc so there's not much chance of troubleshooting. Failed bypass caps and fuses can be traced down as well as faulty regulators but most of the time it's just not worth it. Typically we charge between 200 and 250 to replace a board in the shop.

Is that the labor or does that include the board as well ?. I mean board prices are all over the place.
